航空券の取り扱いについて
トントゥータ空港閉鎖によるフライトへの影響という例外的な状況において、エアカランは以下の航空券取り扱い措置を適用いたします。
2024 年 5 月 14 日から空港が再開するまでのフライトに関して、エアカラン航空券(063 で始まる) に対し以下の通り対応いたします。
日程変更の場合：エアカラン直行便をご利用の場合、変更手数料や追加料金なしで日付変更が可能です。提携航空会社をご利用の場合は追加料金が課されることがあります。
ご旅行をキャンセルされる場合：払戻手数料は無料といたします（ただし空港再開後は運賃種別に伴う所定の手数料を申し受けます）。
ただし、フライトキャンセルに伴い生じる、その他の費用（ホテル、送迎など）は補償されません。

-Aircalin informs that further to the Voluntary Administration procedure implemented by Air Vanuatu, the codeshare agreement with the latter is suspended as of Wednesday May 15, 2024.
As of this date, passengers travelling on Aircalin flights between Noumea and Port-Vila will require an Aircalin ticket starting with 063 with an Aircalin flight number starting with SB.
Air Vanuatu tickets will no longer be accepted on flights throughout the Aircalin network. Passengers with Air Vanuatu tickets are invited to consult the Vanuatu Civil Aviation website or the Air Vanuatu website for any assistance regarding their ticket.
The Aircalin flight schedule between NOUMEA and PORT-VILA will be reinforced and communicated shortly.

To operate some flights scheduled from November 15 to December 3, 2023, we have chartered an Airbus A319 from Amelia International, a European airline operating under the same regulations and to the same standards as Aircalin, a member of IATA and certified by IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit).
